Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Shipping & Delivery
Hot Selling Products — US Local Warehouse Selected Hot Selling products are shipped directly from our US warehouse (New Jersey / California). Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
All Other Products — Shipped from China All other products are shipped from our warehouse in Changsha, China. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- North America: 10–20 business days
- Europe: 15–25 business days
- Other regions: 20–35 business days
Shipping Costs
- Orders under 5 kg: Free shipping
- 5–10 kg: $250
- 10–30 kg: $600
