At SAIYIS, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every part we sell and have designed our return process to be straightforward and hassle-free.

🔧 Warranty & Technical Support

If you are experiencing a technical issue or need warranty assistance, please contact our technical support team before initiating a return. We may be able to resolve the issue without a return.

📦 Non-Warranty Returns

Applicable to replacement parts only. Original OEM parts are non-returnable.

📋 Return Process

1. Step 1 — Contact Us & Get an RMA Number
   Reach out via any of the following:

   • 📞 Phone: 1-800-841-1659
   • 💬 Submit a request online
   Provide your order number and reason for return. We will issue you an RMA number.


2. Step 2 — Pack & Ship Your Item
   • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
   • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
   • Ship to the return address provided by our support team.


3. Step 3 — Refund or Replacement
   Once we receive and inspect the item:
   • Refund — Full refund of the original purchase price.
   • Replacement — A replacement part will be shipped at no additional cost.

💡 Important Notes

• Full refunds are issued for all unused, resalable items returned in original packaging.
• If the return is due to buyer error (wrong item ordered, no longer needed) — buyer covers return shipping.
• If the return is due to a quality issue or our error — SAIYIS covers all return shipping costs.
• 💳 PayPal refunds: processed within 1 business day.
• 💳 Credit card refunds: processed within 5 business days (bank processing times may vary).
• If your original order included free shipping, your refund will be issued in full — no shipping deduction.
