S-80 joystick and harness — came together, installed clean

The joystick on our S-80 was intermittently losing signal. Ordered this kit because it included the harness — figured I'd replace both while I was in there. Part numbers matched what came off. Took about 35 minutes. Machine has been running without issues since. Good to have the harness included rather than sourcing it separately.

Z-45/25J — confirmed fit before ordering, no surprises

Emailed SAIYIS with the machine serial number before placing the order. They confirmed the 111415GT was the right part. Arrived well-packaged, connector matched, harness routed the same as the original. Platform controls back to normal. Straightforward repair.

S-100 — works fine, price is reasonable

Needed a joystick replacement for an S-100 we maintain for a client. The original was stiff and had dead spots at the extremes. This unit feels responsive across the full range. Harness was a bonus — the original was showing some wear anyway. Install was about 30 minutes. No issues so far.
