New OEM DC motor controller for EZGO and Club Car golf carts, and industrial electric vehicles using Curtis 1205 series controllers. Model 1205M-5603, 36–48V / 500A / 0-5K throttle type. Pre-configured for 48V, 500A, 0-5K from factory. Manufactured to OEM specifications by SAIYIS.
⚠ Important: This unit is pre-configured for 48V / 500A / 0-5K. To adapt it for other voltage, current, or throttle configurations, reprogramming via handheld programmer (Curtis 1313-4331 or 1314 PC) is required.

- J4: 4-pin connector — external Status LED or programmer (add jumper J4-1 to J4-4 for LED use)
- J5: Reverse signal output / main contactor coil driver
High Current Connections (solid copper bus bars):
- M−: output to motor field
- B−: negative connection to battery
- B+: positive connection to battery and motor armature
- A2: plug diode to motor armature
